My creative career spans more than 20 years and has evolved from graphic design and print production into creative leadership, licensed consumer products, immersive retail experiences, and environmental graphics. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with globally recognized brands including Disney, Universal Orlando Resort, Netflix, and SeaWorld, helping bring branded experiences to life through creative strategy, product development, and themed design.

• 2003 – C&C Shirtworks – Graphic Designer

  I began my career designing custom apparel, decals, vehicle graphics, and promotional materials, building a strong foundation in print production, branding, and client-focused design.

• 2008 – Duncan Toys Company – Marketing Coordinator

  I joined the sales and marketing team, supporting licensed product development, packaging, advertising, retail displays, and promotional campaigns. During my time at Duncan Toys, I helped establish the company's corporate alliance partnership with The Walt Disney Company, contributing to licensed consumer products, promotional initiatives, and retail experiences at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

• 2015 – Midcoast Marketing Solutions – Lead Graphic Designer

  I led the creative development and production of environmental graphics, vehicle wraps, branded interiors, signage, and large-format graphics for clients across a wide range of industries, guiding projects from concept through fabrication and installation.

• 2017 – Real Simple Ideas – Graphic Designer (Promoted to Art Director)

  After being promoted to Art Director, I led the Art Department while managing a team of designers and collaborating with Disney Merchandise and Universal Studios on licensed retail programs. My responsibilities included merchandise planning, product development, themed retail displays, design and development of guest-facing ordering stations, and experiential projects such as Disney's MaDe retail personalization program (Formerly D-Tech On Demand), TRON Identity Program, and ACE Avatar Maker.

• 2023 – MicroPuzzles – Art Director

  Today, I lead the creative direction of licensed and proprietary retail products from concept through production. My work includes product design, packaging, marketing assets, and production-ready artwork while overseeing custom licensed programs for clients including Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, Netflix, and Ron Jon Surf Shop. I also support branded displays, environmental graphics, trade show experiences, and e-commerce initiatives.
