The TRON Identity Program is a themed retail experience located at the Tomorrowland Launch Depot in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This interactive experience allows guests to step into a booth and follow a self-guided process to design their own TRON action figure, complete with their face and voice. Guests customize their figures by selecting a suit, helmet, and LED color options inspired by the TRON universe.

I was heavily involved in the design and fabrication of this project from conceptualizing and prototyping the immersive “reveal booths” to overseeing their fabrication and installation ensuring the design seamlessly aligned with the futuristic aesthetic of the TRON brand. Additionally, I contributed to the development and refinement of the production processes for the action figures facial projection production process, ensuring a high level of quality and precision in every guest’s custom creation.
